I gave an interview at Thoughworks. The process started in May 2024 and they took 4 months to complete 4 interviews. I cleared all of them. And on the day of offer letter, they scheduled another round of interview. It was the third round again. I spent 6+ hours in giving interviews and they kept on scheduling again. When I joined 5th round, no one even came to take the interview. They don't have any professionalism left anymore. The interview process and lengthy and they are unable to derive and conclusion out the interviews. Please avoid this company.
Recruiter screening, 2 technical rounds and 1 HR round (did not get to this stage). Recruiter was very supportive throughout the process, she provided sufficient information to help me prep for the interviews. Scheduling the interview took a while though
