30 minute recruiter interview, then 1 hr interview, followed by 1hr fit interview, 1hr additional interview. Overall negative experience due to length of time between interviews. Recruiter ended up ghosting, which is unacceptable with putting 3.5hr of interviews for them.

what was a difficult situation you were in at work?
Thanks for taking the time to share your experience with us, and I’m sorry it wasn’t a more positive one for you. We’re a consensus-driven culture in a lot of matters, especially hiring, and it can lead to lengthier processes. We've been rolling out some pretty significant changes to our interview process and we're tracking closely to make sure candidates have a better experience.

despite the fact that I didn't move forward, the recruitment team was really nice and gave me feedback 1 day before the interview.
I think next time they need to be more clear on the job post the the job is not remote
