But be specific about the role and the salary range before you start the process. They will try to trick you with brand name and technology work etc... trying to find some illogical reasons to bring down your salary... Their offer is a real crap - not even up to industry standard! They showcase all incentive involved with their travel job as benefits - which is rediculous! Also, heard from interviewers they now started long term contracts, maintainance work etc... Social justice is just a PR stuff after it's founder sold it! Make sure you have the right role and salary before start process and accepting the offer.

It was difficult but very good. Multiple interviews but not silly problems or algorithms. Very focused on real world examples. I think that just doing the interview process was great.
