I was originally invited for a phone interview however this never happened. I was asked to reschedule just before our agreed upon time. I happily agreed to that. On the rescheduled time, I was stood up. The interviewer apologized and offered to call the following day. I agreed and waited at the agreed upon time and was stood up again. This time I was offered no explanation and subsequent emails have all been ignored. I don't know how often this happens at Thoughtworks, but be aware that this does happen. If this happens to you. I recommend getting in touch with their head of recruitment, but I don't think this will do anything.

Eight hours of thorough vetting, including roleplay and cognitive tests. First up was a long but friendly phone-screen. Then a set of in-person interviews - first up a roleplay of doing the job with three employees as the client, then two cognitive test, then a 'cultural fit' test. Then a follow up 'coffee' which turned out to be a full blown interview. After which they said they couldn't hire me now but come back later. I was impressed by the people and process, and found everyone friendly and encouraging. I would be happy to work there - eventually!
