Was contacted by a ThoughtWorks recruiter. The entire process took about 2 weeks. There was 7 rounds in total. It began with a 30 minutes phone interview with the recruiter, and then was given a take home coding exercise to do over the weekend. On a successful solution submission, was invited to their office for technical interviews with ThoughtWorks senior engineers. This involved a pair programming interview, a short technical interview, and then a longer whiteboard technical interview. I was called back a few days later to complete the rest of the interview process, which involved aptitude and logic tests, followed by a cultural interview.
Recruiter screening, 2 technical rounds and 1 HR round (did not get to this stage). Recruiter was very supportive throughout the process, she provided sufficient information to help me prep for the interviews. Scheduling the interview took a while though
