Expect a very slow response from the recruitment team. No respect were given to the candidates and constant follow through was required to receive feedback. I would imagine an ethical company like ThoughtWorks would have more emphathy for candidates - we are human too! None. Do not expect anything. Overall however, company had: - great Collins st location - big presence on Meetup -interesting projects - emphasis on diversity great for Women returning to work improve on how honest you are to candidates.
