Phone interview then an in person interview a week later. Very relaxed and only interviewed with one person. More of a conversation and I asked more questions than the interviewer did. More of a "come see what we do" interview. I was told I would hear back the next week and how great the HR department was. I didn't hear back for two weeks and had to send two emails before I received a response. Came across like they were waiting for a candidate to accept before passing on me. Said they would keep my resume for future positions but they showed their lack of communication and would pass on any opportunity.
