Interview was two stage telephonic interview. The management trainees were helpfull in arranging interview timings. First interview was with an Assistant Manager and was a technical one. Basic questions about Intellectual Property field and also about the respective Engineering field I was chosen for. Interview was around 30 mins long. My perfirmance was average I'd say. But was selected for second phase. Second interview was with the Director and was pretty much like HR round. Enquired about previous job details, preferred location, salary package etc. Went fine. Was around 20 mins. Finally the next day itself the Manager called up to offer the job.

4 telephonic interviews. 1 technical + 3 hr Technical interview little tough: based on basics of automobile and refrigeration. Latest technologies. Hr interviews were simple. Process took more than a month ( first interview to results).
