We had a Skype call first and then they gave me a problem and asked to come up with a solution, explaining strategy and what the development challenges would be. It required me to develop mockups of how the UI/UX would work and that was somewhat new for me but it went well. I was nervous because English is not my native tongue but they understood me well so it was ok.
