Entrevista
I received a customer support assignment, which was fairly straightforward just answering pretend emails. Then I got a phone interview, and after that an in-person interview with 3 employees at Thinkific's office.

What was a difficult client situation and how did you handle it?

Entrevista
The first step was a call from the COO, which took about 30 minutes. Questions were mostly introductory and broad. Within the next week I received the next step.
The second step was a mock assignment where I had to respond to 5 'tickets' as though I was in the support team. These questions are a mix of technical and non technical. After a week or so, I was invited to the office for the next interview.
The third step was meeting the Director of Talent and Support Manager. The interview took about an hour.
