Recruitment starts by contacting a state director or current Rep at your campus who will put you in touch with the director. The Director will then tell you all about the company, ask a little information about you, including involvement activities etc. They are looking for outgoing people willing to speak up and pitch the product to their friends and fellow students. It isn't difficult just express an interest and agree with what they say.
