I interviewed for the social media manager job and the executive director Claire Graves was disgustingly rude and disrespectful. I've been to many interviews before but this took the cake for the most disrespectful interview ever. She seems to enjoy putting down women of color even if it seems like her platform aka The Webby Awards celebrates them. Disgusting human being.
The interviewer seemed completely disinterested throughout the conversation. They barely made eye contact and gave off an energy that felt cold and transactional — as if I were just another task to get through rather than a person worth engaging with. It left me feeling unseen and honestly a bit dehumanized.
