Each The UPS Store is an independently owned franchise (separate from UPS-the big-brown trucks), so interviews may vary by store. Mine began with completing an application (personal contact information, work/education history, attaching a resume), after which I received a phone call from the store owner inviting me to interview in person. I met the owner at her store and we spoke in her office; we reviewed my resume. We discussed my experiences and goals.

Entrevista
Very simple phone interview followed by a 15 minute in-store interview a few days later. No drug testing (though this can vary by store). I was able to start within a week of initiating the application process.
