Recently Interviewed for a senior marketing role at The Trade Desk in Singapore and i must say the internal recruiter they have is the worst that i have interviewed with. She was literally mocking at some of my answers. She was posing questions in a way that sounded condescending. Being a recruiter I am sure she isnt a marketing expert. But she made you feel horrible about yourself. I would never like to work for a firm with recruiters who cannot make the candidates feel welcomed.
