The interview was many rounds and had you meet with a couple different people. It was very conversational, and mostly behavioral format questions, not too many case studies questions. They want to get an idea of your experience and what your background is as well as what other connections you have within your current company
There’s a zoom screen one day to start the process of interviewing, then a 3 part interview with Siegfried employees then a closer if you get an offer from the firm
