      I'm not sure what is going on with their process, but it is poorly structured and maintained. They initially invited me for an 1st round interview with a recruiter via email. That was fine and pretty standard, however advancing through the process reminds me of going down a rabbit hole. They asked me to move forward to a ridiculously long scripted mock call interview with one person. That then got rescheduled and I was told I had to meet with a different person. The day I was getting prepared for that call, the new person I was meeting with was almost a full 10 minutes late, so my interview was then cut short and I was asked to meet again to essentially do the same thing... Ultimately, I felt like their team lacked respect for my time and you could tell they probably deal with chaos and disorder behind the scenes. If you are a real professional looking for an opportunity with a company that has it together, this process did not reflect that kind of caliber... I only expressed initial interest because a friend of mine who was hired there about 2 years ago had a completely different interview experience that he enjoyed, but seeing as he's no longer with this company, maybe my experience makes sense now.

      My interview experience with The Pipeline Group was extremely smooth, fast, and genuinely enjoyable. The entire process moved quickly, which I really appreciated — no long waiting periods or uncertainty. Everyone I met along the way was encouraging, welcoming, and clearly invested in making the experience feel conversational rather than intimidating. The initial recruiter screen was friendly and straightforward. The second step was a mock cold call, and even though it was challenging, the interviewer gave great feedback and made it feel collaborative. The final interview with the COO’s right hand included another mock call, and the coaching I received there was extremely supportive. They were transparent, respectful, and clearly passionate about helping candidates succeed. I walked away impressed with their professionalism, culture, and how organized their process is. Overall, it was one of the best interview experiences I’ve had — quick, positive, and with a team that genuinely seems to care about people.

      3 stage interview. First stage was introductory, just further explanation of the role. Second stage was a mock cold call. They provide a script, be sure to study it ahead of time. Third stage was the offer call.
