Applied on LinkedIn and spoke with someone from their Talent Acquisition for the initial screen. It lasted about 30 minutes. She was very nice, knowledgeable about the position. A week later, she let me know through a personal, non-canned email that they moved forward with someone that more closely matched their requirements. She mentioned wanting to stay in touch and added me on LinkedIn.
