I applied online and was selected for a 30 min phone interview with a recruiting manager. The conversation was really enjoyable and they were very nice and responsive throughout the process. Even though I did not move on to the second round, I appreciate that they took the time to write out a thoughtful rejection email instead of using a generic template. As someone who has been unemployed for a while, this really means a lot and left me with a positive impression of the company!
