There was a phone interview first basically just to schedule a second interview over Skype and to hear your voice, then Skype interview. Over Skype they will ask you to sell them something over Skype, or promote something, or read a script. Then you'll do a 5 week online training course where they will weed out many interviewees through tests scores/videos that you'll make. Then you will do a week long in-house training where you will learn the ins and outs of the job (at this point you still don't 100% have the job, but if you do well then you do). Then you have a week long conference should you get hired!
