It was a promotion within the university and required networking with a lot of the Deans and Senior Administrators within the university. The interview process was a lot of questions around technology commercialization and technology transfer. Following this 1-on-1 questions, I was given a tour of the research facilities on the campus, had several meetings with campus leadership as well as with entrepreneurial focused student organizations. The entire process of the interview was 2 weeks from the time I began the process to an offer letter.
