In person interview with the lab manager and PI. Interview took weeks to schedule and it was weeks afterwards before I heard back from HR with a salary 5/hr less than what the lab agreed was reasonable and they had “confirmed would work through HR.” They then wouldn’t budge on this.

It was a recorded online video interview. There was no live interviewer. I recorded my responses to questions about my background, previous experience, relevant skills, and interest in the program.

They ask why are you interested and to express your passion. There was a nice a friendly environment and they were asking lots of question and what you want to do with your degreee
