Multiple rounds. I was reached out by Office Staff Coordinator at Wexner Medical Center to schedule the first round (30 minutes on MS Teams) to be interviewed by Sr. Process Engineers. Then they rescheduled it because they wanted to change the position title to Resource Planning Analyst. Then they rescheduled it again as they wanted to change the job description. Then I met the same two people again for an hour-long interview for a more in-depth discussion. Then I was requested to meet in person to meet the same two people again in person, at OSUWMC as a follow-up interview at my own expense. I had to take a day off from my current job, and drive 3 hours (oneway) early morning to reach for the interview at 8.30 am. After spending a whole day doing literally everything but not a legit interview I WAS GHOSTED by those two process engineers. NEVER HEARD BACK FROM EITHER. I HAVE CALLED/EMAILED THEM A MILLION TIMES BECAUSE I DESERVED TO HEAR A REPLY. IT WAS FINE IF I DIDN'T GET A JOB BUT A REPLY SHOULD BE APPRECIATED.
