Multiple stage interview process. First you submit your resume and cover letter. First round is a phone interview. When you clear that you go in for an in-person interview. Next stage is a follow-shift where you get to be on the floor and interact with staff and guests in a limited way. For this they are looking for how well you work with the team and how you interact with the guests. There's no selling and you don't need to have any cannabis knowledge at this stage. Just be yourself and let your personality shine. After the follow-shift, they either hire you, don't hire you, or ask you for another interview. You don't need to have extensive knowledge of cannabis. They will train you. What they are looking for is exceptional customer service, positive attitude, and enthusiasm for cannabis.
