the interview is a panel format. the questions are open ended so that the candidate can demonstrate listening and asking clarifying questions. the process feels very fair. the atmosphere feels very positive and welcoming

Interview process is very long. After a phone interview, I interviewed with two different teams of multiple people each, weeks apart. I was asked many questions phrased as describe a time when you.... In the end, the hiring manager re-posted the job. Although there were other jobs there that interested me, the time it took to go through the interview process was too long for me to pursue them.
