It was a 7 month process - 1 phone screen, 1 phone interview with the direct manager for the dept, and then 1 in-person interview with the manager and the director of the dept. Twice during the process my resume and cover letter were lost and I was asked to resend the documents. Each step of the timeline took months longer than expected and then I had to follow up to find out I was rejected for the position. It was a very unprofessional experience.
