I interviewed for two separate roles within a 12 month period, and I had such high hopes for the company. I believe in what they “say” they’re doing. During my interviews, it was clear, however, that they were still building out staffing needs while interviewing for roles they weren’t even sure they needed or what exactly the role would be doing. I suppose if you don’t really care what gets thrown at you for work or that there’s no real clear line of responsibility/ownership then that may work for someone, but I’m glad it didn’t turn out. I think I avoided a distaster.
