i have been working with the company for a while on piece by piece basis... ( making feasibility studies) the i asked if i can get a full time job. i got an interview, was about 4 hours. started with talking about general things, then about past experiences. which took a long time, because they like to understand every little aspect of my professional career... after that they called and asked me to come in. i was told that i was accepted, and they gave me an offer, while explaining the job pressures.
