It’s very easy usually held my the supervisor of the department your applying for. They go over the work description and what they expect from you. The interview consist of 5 question and based on how you answer your offered the job and start the background check
Quite simple, you complete an application online and come in for a day of shadowing at the store. You will discuss a few interview questions with a manager and then they will give you a tour of the store.

Entrevista
It was an in-person interview held at the store. The interview was relaxed and friendly. The manager asked about my previous customer service experience, how I handle busy hours, and my ability to lead a team at the front end. They also asked situational questions to see how I would respond to customer concerns or team issues. The whole process was clear, professional, and supportive.

My interviewer asked basic questions, which were nothing too difficult. They are looking for how you handled past situations and want more than just one or two sentences, try to tell them the story from start to end with details but at the same time make sure you are not talking about the same story for 2+ minutes.
