There was no interview done just a basic hey lets get you started. You first get your updates in your email about when to come in for an interview but when you get there they just ask you about the hours you want to start and get your paperwork signed, picture taken and move on to videos to for training.

The interview process was just a few questions. And some on the computer. I feel like I wasn’t accepted for many reasons. As usual in this town you’re a minority of you’re white. You don’t get picked if anyone else shows up.
