Also, your knowledge level of the department. Your desired pay. Then your schedule and how much you will work then you will be called and offered the job

Great process seems to be organized and coordinated. Overall a good process just low pay for what I was looking for. I worked at Lowe’s and it was much better.

Video call with the store manager and he was asking 5 questions and few questions were star method and he is more specific into previous job experience and all about your sit set for the job , also he explained about bush day and tough seasons
