First they'll call you, answer a couple questions, if your bilingual they'll ask you to translate a phrase. If you sound answer accordingly, they'll schedule you for an interview. Once at the interview, they ask how do you engage customers, how have you solved an issue and why. If you answer the questions correctly then they'll schedule you for a 3rd interview and basically you got the job and take a drug test.

The interview process was really smooth and easy. You can check your applicant portal to see the status of the hiring process. They will notify you within short time if you get hired.
They no longer do interviews. It was quick and simple. Online says that so drug testing but I was not given one although They did do a background check. That processed very quickly.

Easy going. A lot of questions related to customer service. Different customer scenarios and how we deal with them. Why Home Depot? Then questions behavioral questions and problem-solving questions. Expectations of the work place.
