Online application process consists of standard questions and uploading of reume. In person interview with ASM (assist. store manager) follows with questions regarding how you would handlnig situations, customers, etc. in store. Then sceduling and availablity are discussed, lastly talking about pay. Overall not an intimidating process at all and very thorough- also seems to be somewhat of a quick process. You definitely are not left waiting around for awhile trynig to figure out if you got the job or not.
