I had several phone interviews do discuss my work experience and education prior to meeting the team in person. This also included a case study I was required to study and respond to in terms of how I would treat the patient. In person, I had to answer questions about my experience, how I could apply that experience to this new employer, and the interventions I utilize to work with adolescents and treat eating disorders and concurrent diagnoses. As a final component, I had a meal with the team so they could observe my behavior during a meal.
