Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. I interviewed with several people in the division I would be working for and each interviewer seemed genuinely interested in my background and abilities. Everything seemed well organized and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience.
The process was more of a conversation style interview with the hiring manager. Wanted to get to know me personally while still asking about my experience and my likes/dislikes in terms of work tasks. A few situational questions were thrown in to get a feel for my management style. Overall, easy interview

What would you do if you find yourself having to correct/give orders to a much more experienced trade partner
I interviewed over microsoft teams. The interview process as a whole was very casual. The people at Haskell are terrific in character and we had good conversation throughout. They worked with me on what I see as my future and where I want to be location wise.

Terrific! They made me feel very comfortable and welcomed an open dialogue. I met with multiple employees and was given a true feel for how the company operates. Questions were direct and easy to answer.
