Had a phone interview first where they decided my communication skills were good. Then was flown to Connecticut for a group interview. This group interview was similar to speed dating where you kept switching tables to interview with different people.

It was quite long, the final interview was around an hour long. They start by asking you to give them an example of a time you exhibited X value. The values are the same as the company values. There's around 4 of those, then they will ask 1 or 2 numeracy questions.

The interviewers are friendly,
Since it was a new GCC in Hyderabad, there was mass hiring.
Overall interview experience was great.
