Found via LinkedIn, worked with internal recruiter to secure phone interview then in-person interviews and testing the following week. They flew me there, with rental car and nice hotel, for the 2 day process. Met with at least 7 people, including HR director, for an hour each plus 90 minute IQ/personality test. One meeting was over lunch in the cafeteria. Very nice people to talk with, no formal set of questions that I could tell, so each individual had their own style of interviewing. Company seems to be in growth mode, very bullish on future. HQ is spread out over 3 towns in the central CT area, with Hartford being the true 'home office'.
