First round of interviews was via phone with an internal recruiter. This person was very smart and knowledgable about the company and position. Second interview was with the hiring manager. Third interview was with senior management. At every step, I was informed in advance of what to expect and even received feedback after each step. The background check was extensive! Individuals who study how to interview properly and know the background of the company should do well.
