Entrevista
The Emirates cabin crew interview process begins with an online application, followed by an Open Day where candidates submit resumes and may have a short introductory interview. Shortlisted applicants proceed to the Assessment Day, which includes group discussions, a reach test (212 cm on tiptoes), and sometimes an English test, with eliminations after each stage. Successful candidates advance to the Final Interview, where they answer behavioral and customer service-related questions. If selected, they undergo background checks and medical tests before receiving a job offer and attending a 7-week training program in Dubai.

If in case you have any visible tattoos according to the emirates guidelines, you're automatically out. They don't physically check you but they do. are you sign a legal document so after that if they catch you during training, you will be in trouble.

The recruiters presented the Cabin Crew benefits, requirements, salary, introductions of Dubai, Training process, lastly they will give you a unique number for each candidate. What i know is first stage (introduction), second stage (weight & height check), third stage (group discussion), and then english test, lastly one to one interview

tough process alot of people will be eliminated even at the first round, quite tough for a fresh grad with only 1 year of experience through internships to apply. Must be prepared to come with at least 2 years of jobs experience eventhough mentioned at least 1 year (to be safe).

They started with explanation about their company and we have first group discussion. Second step was also group discussion and arm reach for 212. And we did English test, and then the last step was final interview
