Started with an initial phone call. Then had a virtual interview followed by an in person interview. The last step was a full day shadowing in the office. The process was in depth.

They have a script they follow in every interview you will do with every person you interview with full of outdated questions. Something I have never seen anywhere else in my career. You will meet with 4-5 people all asking the same exact questions. Incredibly bizarre and a complete waste of time. You will also be told you are expected to work overtime every week as if that is a badge of honor. No thank you.
