The recruiter Willow was fantastic. Very nice, very informative and upfront. The company has a public reputation as being a top employer. The interview process is way too long. It starts off with a quick call with the recruiter. Then a call with a questionnaire, determining your abilities, aptitudes, and how much you care about your work life balance. Then after that a video interview with another recruiter. Then 2 more video interviews and then an unpaid day on the job. The company has a huge turnover rate which scared me. Along with what I have come to understand as unrealistic expectations. They are known by their residents as many things but kind and caring. They expect you to work a lot of hours as well. I eventually withdrew my candidacy.

The first round phone screening was a breeze, quick red flag would be asking how many hours I worked in my previous job. Second step of the process is a personality test with the second recruiter before in person interview
