Series of different phone interviews, video interviews, and then a day in the field. While some think the day in the field is nothing more than a day of work without pay, I think it was the best part because they are not only making sure that YOU fit the part but that THEY fit the job you are looking for. The recruiter that reached out to me throughout the process was great! She kept me updated, informed, and made the process seem less! You will be asked the same questions by multiple people but I found that it made the process easier but I was truly just myself the whole time! If you don’t like sales then this is not the role for you.
