The interview process was standard and very typical. Phone screen and then two rounds. Nothing out of the ordinary. Walked through resume path and what led me to The Colony Group and what the role was outlined to be.

Started with HR, then manager, and a team zoom call. They were relatively easy questions like why you applied to the job and company and what you want in a future career path.
