Started with a recruiter screen, normal questions, asked about salary expectations and wanted to give a firm number. Then a week later met with the hiring manager. The interview was awful. He gave me a brief overview of the role and then asked me my experience. Then basic behavioral interview questions. He was not really engaged in the interview at all. He was distracted by whatever was on his phone and kept looking down and picking up his phone and texting the whole time. Then he would look up at me and say "sorry, I missed that part, can you say it again".
