Solicité el puesto a través de la recomendación de un empleado. El proceso duró 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en The Cigna Group (Denver, CO) en sept 2020
Entrevista
It started out with some colloquial conversation. The interviewers then introduced themselves and allowed me to introduce myself (pretty open ended) and describe my previous job experience. They then jumped into five different behavioral questions. It was a phone interview so I had some time to prepare and I had some resources in front of me, but they were still relatively difficult questions. I didn't do as well as I'd hoped as I didn't get the job, so I would recommend confidence in yourself during their interviews. They also allowed for any questions at the end of the interview.

Interview process was easy. Quick recruiter interview and then 25 minutes for the second interview with hiring manager. Took almost a month to receive my rejection letter which is absurd to keep a candidate waiting that long. I’ll never work for a company that treats people like that.
There are three Virtual Interviews. The first two are personality interviews and the final one is a technical coding interview. The personality interviews are about your resume and previous experiences.

Very quick and straightforward process. Had a simple recruiter interview in the morning (typical recruiter interview, as long as you aren’t crazy you will pass), followed by a call with the hiring manager in the afternoon, then a call with the hiring manager’s boss the next day. Heard back by the end of the week. Everyone was very nice and the questions were all behavioral, the sort of questions you find when you google “common job interview questions”.
