The HR director called the day after I submitted an interview and I met with her and another person in upper management. The other person was actually a really good interviewer and described the position well. The HR director had no place in the interview and detracted from the whole experience. She had piles and piles of folders on her desk and it seemed to me that she was extremely unorganized and did not even understand what the job was really all about.
