Very casual style interview on the sales floor. First met with the other manager in training who interviewed me, then was called back the next day for a second almost identical interview with the store manager. I told them my availability will not be open due to the fact that I have another part time job I'm starting and he did not like that. I have college loans to pay, so too bad.

It was very direct, asked basic interview questions, however they were very casual and informal. They seemed to focus more on being able to make sales and work on commission rather than be able to focus on the customer and be able to understand and work with them.

Asked a lot of personal goal questions. Very thorough. They want to see if you are very charismatic and hungry to grow. Make sure to smile and be social. They won't hire you if you are a stick in the mud.
