I interview on the sales floor when the music was playing and guest were shopping, lots of distractions very loud. So much so you almost have to shout. They are looking for people who are extremely friendly. Smile a lot have a happy voice town ask lots of questions about the kids, family, what your ding this weekend, did you see the game last night etc.

When was there a time you showed balance when very busy?
Super quick and easy. The woman who interviews me was very kind and understanding to it being my first retail job. I was offered a job on the spot and was able to ask any lingering questions I had about the role and profession.

Very simple. No behaviour questions. It was basically all about me. We talked about hobbies, availability, college plans. It was like a fun conversation and not a hard, daunting, scary interview.

They bring you in to ask basic interview questions. Make sure you completely dress the part. I was told before the interview by an associate that I should wear clothes they sell there. She didn't go into detail but I take that as they won't hire you if you don't.
