Applied online and was called the next day for an interview. I showed up early and had to awkwardly wait around the store for 10 minutes while they made time for me even though there were more employees than customers in the store. They interview probably lasted a total of 5 minutes and I could tell the interviewer had zero interest in anything I was saying and was just reading from a script. The interview took place in the front of the store less than 2 feet away from shopping customers. This is just rude and awkward for everyone in the store.

Traditional interview process. Initial, quick phone call and then an in- person interview where they ask series of questions. This usually leads to either an offer or rejection about a week or so later.
