Was referred by a current employee. I sent my resume to her, who then referred it to her director. After a few weeks, I was asked to come in for an interview in which I met the director, my manager, and members from their software engineering team for the group I was applying for. The entire interview was about two hours long, I met 30 minutes with each group of people to interview me. Was given one technical question. The rest were behavioral questions and there were some periods of time where I wasn't even talking, just listening to what they had to say.
