Series of interviews that ask baseline questions such as experience, education etc…. After the first round they will connect you with a leader within the department to determine if you are a good fit. Once that goes through you will be presented an offer if you are a good fit or they may connect you with a better fitting department if suitable.

I was recruited from college. First round interview is a general screening with an HR employee. Second was with Assistant Director of Front Office. Third with the Director of Front Office. Fourth was with the Hotel Manager. I also had to do a short writing sample.
